Totten Shooters (dozen) - Seattle March

These Oysters from Totten Inlet located in Puget Sound.  These oysters have a light mineral finish with medium salt and strong notes of melon.  Shoot a few dozen today. I am told Tequila is the best follow-up to these beauties.
